Professional Profile

Tim Davis comes to the commercial real estate business as a continuation of a lifetime of entrepreneurial endeavors. From founding small businesses in his teens,  and then on to include, automotive related manufacturing, multiple retail businesses, internet startups, and now practicing commercial real estate, with a broad service area in Northeast Florida

His commercial real estate career has led to the brokerage of all property types and classes. Recently, Davis has worked with lenders in the troubled assets arena. He participated in the sale of the largest land parcel on the Atlantic Ocean in Daytona Beach in May 2011, a 10 acre/$6.2m site, which is the site of the new Hard Rock Hotel & Cafe in Daytona Beach. He also brokered another $4m+ sale in June 2012, and to date has brokered 8 of the 11 oceanfront development land parcel sales since 2010. Mr. Davis has been a participating broker in over $35mm of REO and troubled assets in 2011-12. This was done in a market with an average deal size of under $200,000. Davis is a graduate of the University of Central Florida, with a B.S. in Management & Finance, and as a partner/manager of a real estate investment team, led acquisition, conversion, and sale of key corner “main by main” parcels.

In addition to real estate, Tim has also had a hand in the formation of two manufacturing companies producing components for the automotive aftermarket. His management background includes serving as VP and running the day-day activities of an international equine breeding and training company.

On the community level, Davis’ deep experience has led him to be appointed to two important public advisory boards. He sits on the City of Daytona Beach’s Development & Planning Approval Board as well as the Economic Development Board. He is also heavily involved in the Daytona Beach Chamber as well as several civic organizations.


  • Since Jan 2010, Tim has brokered commercial troubled(REO) assets for over 10 different lenders, from Bank of America, Wells Fargo, Suntrust, Regions, Fifth Third, down to 2-3 branch community banks.
  • These asset sales total over 100 transactions in that time, with a sale price range of $6.2mm down to $85k. These assets span all property classes, including land, office, and warehousing.
  •  As a partner/manger of Real Estate LLC, led acquisition conversion, and sale of key corner arterial parcels
  •  A principal and manager of a real estate LLC with a portfolio of real estate assets.
  •  Partner and manager of an investment LLC with equine bloodstock holdings.
  •  Served as Vice President and General Manager of a international equine company, importing horses from Europe.
  •  Founded an automotive parts manufacturing company, and retains small share still today.
